We personally oversee a small portfolio of residential homes and partner with trusted vendors who deliver quality work, clear communication, and dependable service. Our homes serve Seniors, Veterans, Students, and Families, and we look for vendors who uphold strong standards of safety, workmanship, and professionalism in every project.

For that reason, all vendors must meet basic professional requirements to ensure resident safety and the continued quality of our properties.
